Add lubricating oil at each filling point, and operate the equipment after the vehicle is empty for 1-2 minutes, and the equipment is normal.
2. Before cutting, adjust the cutting tool and clamp the work object. The length of the clamping part shall not be less than 50 mm. The stop baffle shall be fixed and the work can be carried out after the sequence test of clamping, loosening, forward and backward.
III. when the machine tool is rotating, any part of the human body shall not contact the transmission parts. During operation, the cuff shall be tied up and it is forbidden to work with gloves. The head of the human body shall deviate from the cutting direction.
IV. when using the pipe cutter with grinding wheel, check whether the grinding wheel is damaged, cracked or damped in advance, whether the power line is reliable, and whether the dust removal device of the pipe cutter is in good condition before cutting.
V. when changing tools, measuring workpieces, lubricating and cleaning pipe heads, the machine must be stopped.
Vi. when the long material pipe is put into the material rack and the lead wire is loosened, measures shall be taken to prevent the pipe from rolling, impact and crushing.
